Trimax Capital started back in 2005, managing family offices, third-party institutional and private assets. The investment strategy was tailored and fits the needs of each our customers at that time. In 2015 we actively stopped this kind of business and focused on managing exclusively our own funds.

Trimax Capital SA specialises in Venture Capital and Private Equity investments across strategic global markets. Based in Cortaillod, Switzerland, the management has been instrumental in raising funds of approximately CHF 100 million over the last 20 years for listed and non listed midsize companies.

Trimax Capital SA is a boutique Capital firm which Co- invests its own funds in fast-growing tech companies in Europe and Asia. We also capitalize on our wide networks to provide bespoke sourcing services for Private Equity and listed companies investments. Leveraging on our expertise and relationships, we partner and invest with a number of institutional investors, Private Equity and Venture Capital firms as well as high net worth individuals to create sustainable returns. We also assist institutional investors and large enterprises in structuring and managing a reverse IPO. Together, we help to define an investment mandate, customize deal flow and formulate strategies in line with their preferences and objectives.
